Two years ago, becoming a mom made sleep a luxury. Struggling through exhaustion, I took a baby sleep class, not just for better nights but for my daughter's well-being.

While seeking peaceful moments for my family, I thought, "Why is this so hard?” As I began guiding other moms, I saw a common struggle: needing simpler help suited to tired and busy parents.
